What are your rental timeframes?

We offer block rentals in 3 different increments to suit your story. For couples seeking a weekend escape, multi-day packages allow you to stretch the joy with welcome dinners, farewell brunches, and restful evenings in paradise.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Absolutely. While we provide a curated list of top-tier local professionals, you’re welcome to bring your own licensed and insured vendors who align with your aesthetic and vibe. Our team will happily coordinate approvals.

Do you offer accommodations on site?

Yes, The Villa offers luxurious lodging for up to 10 guests—ideal for the wedding party or close family. We also partner with nearby boutique stays and charming vacation rentals to accommodate your entire group.

What’s the weather like?

Hawai‘i’s weather is a love letter written in sunlight—gentle, golden, and alive with tropical rhythm. Here at Wild Blue Waters, our climate is as steady as the tide and just as welcoming. With an average annual temperature of 69.8°F, the days are warm without ever being harsh, and the nights cool just enough to invite a cozy wrap or a dip in the hot tub. Expect daily temperatures to range between a dreamy 71°F and 77°F, rarely dropping below 60°F or climbing past 88°F. May through September tends to be our driest stretch, but blue skies and sunshine grace us year-round—averaging 10 glorious hours a day. Tropical showers may roll through, but they’re typically brief, leaving the land lush, the flowers bright, and the air kissed with renewal.

 

Are there restrictions on music or noise?

This is an exceptional location that is uninhibited by restriction. Because of the unique terrain and location, we are not currently restrained by these limitations.

Can we serve alcohol at our event?

Yes, alcohol is welcome. We’ll guide you through Hawaii’s permitting requirements to ensure everything flows smoothly and legally. A licensed bartender is required for service.

Is there parking available?

We offer generous on-site parking for your guests, vendors, and shuttles. We can comfortably facilitate 60 vehicles on site.

 

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made 90+ days in advance receive a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. We will provide a link to our required event insurance for added peace of mind.

 

Do you offer elopement or micro-wedding packages?

Yes. For those seeking a deeply personal and soulful experience, our elopement and micro-wedding packages include a ceremony site, romantic styling, photography, and optional overnight stay.

 

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we welcome furry companions with prior approval. Many couples choose to include their pets in the ceremony, adding a heartfelt and personal touch to the day.

How far in advance should we book?

To secure your ideal date, we recommend booking 12–18 months in advance. However, we occasionally have last-minute openings or weekday specials—reach out to explore your options.

Is there ocean access/can we swim in the ocean?

While the ocean views from Wild Blue Waters are nothing short of breathtaking, the cliffs that cradle our coastline are steep, rugged, and powerful—nature at her most untamed. For your safety, we kindly ask guests not to venture down to the cliffs or attempt ocean access from the property.

Instead, soak in the magic from our cliffside pool and jacuzzi, where you can listen to the waves and watch the horizon stretch endlessly before you. If you’re longing to dip your toes in the Pacific, we’d be happy to recommend several stunning, swimmable beaches just a short drive away.
